Our facility spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, equipped with modern therapeutic modalities and advanced sports medical technologies. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to fostering a supportive and optimistic environment for our clients.

Work Environment

This position is strictly onsite, allowing for a collaborative and interactive approach with colleagues and patients. Our typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
• Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring personalized and effective therapeutic sessions.
• Create and implement individualized care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's circumstances.
• Employ manual therapy techniques to enhance patient outcomes and reduce reliance on prescription medications.
• Integrate fitness and wellness strategies into care plans to foster overall health and well-being.
• Monitor and analyze treatment results to adjust care as necessary, sharing progress updates with patients and other medical professionals.
• Document all patient interactions and therapies accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients as they work towards their physical rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care that aligns with patient health plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic rehabilitation, catering to a diverse range of patients, including athletes, active individuals recovering from injuries, and those seeking to improve their mobility post-surgery. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts, with no prior board action or disciplinary actions against it.

• Proficient in using EMR software such as WebPT for patient documentation and record keeping.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits
