Position Overview
Kinetic Ease PT, located in the heart of Brockton, Massachusetts, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position focuses on enhancing the mobility and quality of life for our patients through evidence-based practices. You will play a crucial role in developing personalized rehabilitation plans that align with our patients' specific health needs, ensuring they achieve maximum function during their recovery journey.
About the OrganizationKinetic Ease PT is a leading rehabilitation center specializing in orthopedic outpatient services. Our facility spans an impressive 5,000 square feet, equipped with modern therapeutic modalities and advanced sports medical technologies. Our mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that promotes wellness and recovery, emphasizing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Our team consists of experienced professionals, including two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to fostering a supportive and optimistic environment for our clients.
Work EnvironmentThis position is strictly onsite, allowing for a collaborative and interactive approach with colleagues and patients. Our typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating a balanced work-life environment. Our rehabilitation center is designed not just to treat injuries but to foster overall wellness, providing a dynamic space where our team effectively collaborates while utilizing cutting-edge therapeutic equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address the unique needs and rehabilitation goals of each patient.
- Manage a caseload of 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring personalized and effective therapeutic sessions.
- Create and implement individualized care plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's circumstances.
- Employ manual therapy techniques to enhance patient outcomes and reduce reliance on prescription medications.
- Integrate fitness and wellness strategies into care plans to foster overall health and well-being.
- Monitor and analyze treatment results to adjust care as necessary, sharing progress updates with patients and other medical professionals.
- Document all patient interactions and therapies accurately in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, such as WebPT.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for patients as they work towards their physical rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care that aligns with patient health plans.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts, with no prior board action or disciplinary actions against it.
- Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and strong hands-on skills.
- Proficient in using EMR software such as WebPT for patient documentation and record keeping.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy settings.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced rehabilitation center with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
