Work Environment

Located in the picturesque town of Littleton, our rehabilitation center offers a welcoming and engaging work setting where collaboration and teamwork are at the forefront. You will work alongside two dedicated physical therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), ensuring that each patient receives high-quality, individualized attention. Our office operates from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, identifying individual goals, therapeutic needs, and concerns.
  • Manage a structured caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, delivering targeted interventions tailored to each individual's recovery journey.
  • Develop detailed care plans utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities, ensuring they are aligned with best practices in orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Implement effective treatment strategies aimed at improving patient mobility, strength, balance, and coordination while minimizing reliance on medications.
  • Motivate and educate patients about their health, emphasizing lifestyle modifications and self-management techniques for long-term wellness.
  • Document all aspects of patient care meticulously to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, for a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Regularly assess treatment outcomes, conduct follow-ups, and modify care plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), ensuring a strong foundation in treatment practices.
  • Active and valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.

  • Strong proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and patient management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and colleagues alike.
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically WebPT, for efficient patient record management.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient environment, demonstrating familiarity with common conditions and treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
