Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise regimens, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes in accordance with organizational protocols.
• Continuously reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery and the achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, family members, and caregivers about effective rehabilitation practices and the proper use of assistive devices, ensuring they are fully informed and engaged in the recovery process.
• Stay current with industry developments and advancements by attending professional workshops, engaging in continuing education, and participating in professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a wide range of patients, including children, adults, and elderly individuals with various medical conditions. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy in New Jersey is required.
