Work Environment

This position operates in an onsite outpatient office setting where you will have the infrastructure to perform detailed assessments and deliver high-quality treatments. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with patients' rehabilitation goals.
  • Conduct initial evaluations, identify patient needs, and track progress through regular assessments.
  • Manage a dedicated caseload efficiently, typically one patient per hour, to ensure thorough care and attention.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to provide treatments aimed at enhancing range of motion, strength, and balance.
  • Educate patients and their families on exercise protocols, injury prevention techniques, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Utilize the WebPT EMR software for accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
  • Address patient concerns and adjust treatment plans in response to feedback and observed outcomes.
  • Encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyle choices by fostering an atmosphere of motivation and support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, dealing with a variety of orthopedic conditions such as post-operative recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and mobility limitations. We prioritize individualized attention to support each patient's unique rehabilitation needs, ensuring that they are informed, engaged, and empowered throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid Colorado license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
  • Clean professional record with no history of disciplinary actions by the licensing board.
  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of customized exercise protocols.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, particularly WebPT EMR, to streamline documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits
