Key Responsibilities

• Regularly document patient progress, responses to treatment, and modify plans as needed to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

• Maintain accurate records of treatment sessions, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for compliance and efficiency.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through continuing education opportunities and participation in workshops relevant to the field.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans, integrating approaches to meet overall health and wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population ranges from young children to elderly adults, all presenting various conditions and rehabilitation needs. As a Physical Therapist, your role will involve working with patients recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or those needing rehabilitation following injury. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Valid state license in Physical Therapy is required.
