Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and needs, establishing targeted treatment goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour to ensure quality, personalized care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic methods, including manual therapy, exercise modalities, and patient education.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey to maximize functional progress.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to streamline patient care and communicate treatment outcomes effectively.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment services in compliance with EMR standards, including WebPT.
• Regularly evaluate patient outcomes and modify treatment plans based on progress and feedback.
• Promote lifestyle changes that enhance physical health, emphasizing strength training, balance, and flexibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patients primarily include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries and traumatic injuries, as well as those with chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Flex and Flow of Motion Therapeutics, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including athletes seeking to return to peak performance, seniors aiming to maintain their mobility, and adults recovering from life-altering events.

Qualifications

• Education: A Master's degree (MPT) or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• License: A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, free of any board or disciplinary actions.
• Skills: Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design effective exercise programs.
• Technology: Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience developing customized wellness programs tailored to diverse patient needs and conditions.
• A track record of fostering positive patient relationships and delivering high standards of care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
