Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to establish individualized treatment plans.
• Set measurable goals and implement therapeutic interventions consistently, ensuring adherence to physician orders.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, and progress in a timely and professional manner, utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel to enhance care delivery and encourage professional development.
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapy interventions and modify treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a variety of healthcare professionals to design and evaluate intervention protocols tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications
