Position Overview

Work Environment

This position will be based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, Virginia, where our multidisciplinary team works together to provide comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess functional capabilities and design personalized treatment plans.
• Effectively communicate with healthcare providers regarding the patient's continuum of care and be proactive in collaborative treatment discussions.
• Implement and supervise treatments, including physical exercises and therapeutic modalities, while educating patients and their families throughout the process.
• Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, patient progress, and billing information in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in community outreach and promotional events as part of our marketing strategy and public health initiatives.
• Oversee and mentor assigned support staff, ensuring productive teamwork and high-quality patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending in-services and pursuing further education.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and nursing staff, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with licensure and regulatory standards and ensure that all treatments meet established guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
