Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical histories and current physical conditions to formulate appropriate diagnoses.
• Design and implement effective, patient-specific treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and functional training to support recovery.
• Regularly evaluate and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on their evolving clinical presentations.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding injury prevention, rehabilitation strategies, and self-management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and ensure continuity in treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records consistent with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients dealing with a spectrum of orthopedic issues, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and injury prevention. Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Must hold a valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida to practice.

Compensation and Benefits
