This position is based onsite within our comfortable outpatient office, offering direct interaction with patients in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Our team works Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, ensuring a balanced work schedule that allows for quality patient care without the demands of night or weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individualized physical therapy care to patients, thoroughly assessing their unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, allow for adequate time and attention to facilitate effective treatment sessions.
  • Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to design and apply evidence-based treatment interventions tailored to each patient.
  • Conduct evaluations and reassessments regularly, using appropriate assessment tools and methodologies to measure progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans that reflect a wide range of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and wellness strategies.
  • Encourage patients to commit to their rehabilitation goals and motivate them throughout their treatment journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using EMR software, particularly Web PT, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to each patient's recovery.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and stay current with the latest physical therapy research and techniques.
  • Promote healthy lifestyle practices that enhance overall strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination for all patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree is required.
  • Possess an active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.

  • Show proficiency in a variety of manual therapy techniques and demonstrate a capacity for advanced clinical reasoning.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
