Key ResponsibilitiesYour role as an Orthopedic Physical Therapist will involve a variety of tasks that are crucial to patient recovery and rehabilitation. Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations for new patients to understand their unique goals and functional challenges.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that incorporate a range of evidence-based treatment techniques tailored to the patient's specific needs.
- Utilizing modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance mobility.
- Creating and leading fitness and wellness initiatives that promote overall health and prevent further injury among clients.

QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
- A minimum of two years of experience specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, particularly with musculoskeletal injuries.
- Strong assessment skills and a thorough understanding of treatment planning methodologies and interventions.
