Key Responsibilities

• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions within both aquatic and land-based therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy techniques and goals as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, home care strategies, and lifestyle modifications to support rehabilitation and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment area, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
