Work Environment

The work environment at Superior Balance is characterized by a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. As part of our outpatient office team, you will share your expertise with two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA) to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and specific rehabilitation goals.
• Create tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Manage a caseload of up to one patient per hour, providing personalized attention and comprehensive care.
• Implement intervention strategies that not only focus on increasing range of motion and functional mobility but also aim to prevent future injuries.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and appropriate modalities to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to foster independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate holistic care for patients.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes continuously, adjusting methodologies as necessary to maximize patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care services, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves individuals with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and musculoskeletal disorders. You will work with a diverse range of patients, including athletes looking to enhance performance, postoperative patients aiming for a healthy recovery, and adults seeking to improve their overall mobility and strength. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding these individuals toward achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions or board sanctions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing customized exercise protocols for diverse patient needs.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, especially WebPT, to maintain patient documentation and streamline care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to implement cost-effective treatment strategies that minimize the need for medications and surgical interventions.
• Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team-focused environment to achieve patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
