Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' goals and treatment needs, thus tailoring personalized rehabilitation plans.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure focused, high-quality care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methods aimed at reducing pain and improving mobility, while also promoting functional independence.
• Design and oversee individualized fitness and wellness programs that take into account the unique circumstances of each patient.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining clear and accurate records of treatments and outcomes.
• Provide education and motivation to patients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery through healthy lifestyle recommendations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consulting with other healthcare professionals to optimize comprehensive care for patients.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly, making adjustments to care plans as necessary to achieve the best results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
