Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Deaconess Physical Therapy Clinic, you will:

• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and proposed treatment plans to both patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Manage your time effectively, maintaining productivity expectations while accommodating patients' diverse needs.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to enhance public awareness of physical therapy services.
• Engage in continuous professional development and take initiative in mentoring students and new team members.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be serving a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative recovery cases to chronic pain management. Qualifications
