Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Active Life, you will work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish tailored treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.

  • Administer one-on-one physical therapy sessions, maintaining a patient load of no more than one individual per hour for personalized attention.
  • Utilize various evidence-based methodologies, including manual therapy techniques and exercises designed to support patient recovery.
  • Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, keeping comprehensive records of services provided.
  • Motivate and educate patients to encourage their active participation and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop multidisciplinary approaches to patient care.
  • Promote lifestyle changes that enhance long-term health and wellness, addressing factors such as balance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
