Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their suitability for physical therapy and to identify specific areas of need.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing varied techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, and therapeutic modalities to alleviate pain and improve function.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to guide interventions and ensure the highest standard of care is provided.
- Monitor patient progress closely by documenting treatments, responses, and outcomes in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Reassess treatment approaches as necessary, adapting plans to meet the evolving needs of each patient.
- Offer guidance and support in the use of assistive devices, training patients, families, and caregivers on their effective use to enhance self-care and mobility.
- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer networking to remain at the forefront of physical therapy advancements.

Qualifications- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
- A valid physical therapy license in the State of New Jersey.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- A commitment to maintaining flexibility and adaptability in response to patient and organizational needs.

While prior work experience is not required, candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting will be considered for their knowledge of physical therapy techniques and methodologies. Experience in rehabilitative work or familiarity with home health care can be advantageous.
