Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vitality Restore Physical Therapy, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to create tailored rehabilitation plans.

• Instructing patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery outside of therapy sessions.
• Participating in staff meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the therapy department.
• Providing leadership by prioritizing caseloads, managing daily staffing needs, and facilitating efficient hand-offs during patient transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.
