Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations to identify the functional limitations and disabilities of patients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, ensuring adherence to state laws, professional standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and refer to healthcare providers to ensure a continuous and holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatments provided, and progress made, submitting charges as required.
• Supervise assigned support staff and guide their clinical performance and professional development.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, in-services, and continuing education opportunities in physical therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on a varied patient population, including children, adults, and seniors experiencing orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; advanced degrees (e.g., DPT) are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
