Work Environment

Working at our Milliken facility offers a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Our on-site rehabilitation center has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate a wide range of patient needs in a comfortable setting. You will benefit from a structured schedule, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess their physical condition and develop individualized therapy plans based on their unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver effective one-on-one treatment sessions at a manageable pace of 1 to 1.5 patients per hour to ensure focused attention and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and address any patient co-morbidities.
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure the delivery of best practices in rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient orthopedic cases, serving a diverse population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those managing chronic musculoskeletal issues. You will work closely with individuals of all ages, tailoring your approach to meet the specific requirements of each patient, thereby enhancing their recovery experience. Your expertise in evidence-based practices will help empower patients to regain their strength, improve their functionality, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  • Current, valid Colorado Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • A strong commitment to delivering hands-on, evidence-based care that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is required.
  • Familiarity with WebPT EMR is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
