Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations involving patient history, physical assessments, and the formulation of personalized treatment plans synced with patient goals.
  • Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in the goal-setting process.
  • Implement targeted treatment protocols tailored to individual patient needs and demonstrate adaptability based on patient progress and healthcare guidelines.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary consultations with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately and timely, including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a productive schedule, uphold punctuality for meetings, and actively participate in marketing initiatives aimed at community outreach.
  • Contribute to departmental goals, engage in continuous professional development, and mentor students as a clinical instructor.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in an outpatient setting, is highly preferred.
