Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic diseases within the outpatient setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and therapeutic goals, utilizing a variety of modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation when appropriate.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on ongoing patient assessments and responses to therapy, ensuring a personalized approach for each individual.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including treatment responses and progression toward goals, maintaining the highest standards of record-keeping.
• Educate patients and their families on effective self-management techniques, injury prevention strategies, and the use of assistive devices as necessary.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and maintaining current knowledge of physical therapy advancements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care.
