All In Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic located in Grapevine, Texas. Work EnvironmentOur Grapevine clinic offers a dynamic and collaborative work setting where you will engage with a diverse team of healthcare providers in an outpatient rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and needs to design individualized treatment plans.
- Administer treatments to 1-2 patients per hour, employing evidence-based practices such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities tailored to each patient's condition.
- Educate patients and their caregivers on recovery strategies, techniques for injury prevention, and exercise regimens to promote healing post-treatment.
- Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans proactively to ensure optimal recovery rates and rehabilitation outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to integrate care for complex cases and enhance overall patient outcomes.
In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your client focus will involve individuals of varying ages—from young athletes to older adults—ensuring that each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs and lifestyles. Building strong relationships with patients is essential to effectively guide them through their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.
- Possession of a current and valid Physical Therapist license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
- Exemplary communication skills, enabling clear interactions with patients and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care with compassion and integrity.
- A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting is highly preferred, ideally within orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Experience utilizing advanced clinical skills such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise progression, and patient education techniques.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation standards in a rehabilitation context.
We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
