Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in using rehabilitative equipment like wheelchairs and walkers to enhance mobility and functionality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress, and setting clear goals for their rehabilitation journey.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home therapy exercises and supportive care strategies.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers involved in a patient's care, sharing critical information as required for comprehensive evaluation.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; Master's degree is preferred.
