Our facility spans 5,000 square feet and is equipped with state-of-the-art sports medicine resources designed to optimize patient recovery. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team of professionals, including two physical therapists and a certified physical therapist assistant (PTA), who collaborate to ensure our patients receive comprehensive and effective care.

Work Environment

This onsite position is based at our outpatient office in scenic Bonita Springs, Florida, known for its beautiful beaches and thriving community. Our practice atmosphere promotes teamwork, where every team member plays a crucial role in the patient journey. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs, objectives, and movement potential.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, typically treating one patient per hour for personalized attention.
  • Utilize your expertise in orthopedics to design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals.
  • Educate patients on effective non-surgical options to manage pain and enhance mobility.
  • Monitor and document patient progress diligently, ensuring clear communication with both patients and the healthcare team.
  • Incorporate manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols into treatment sessions to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Encourage patients to adopt health-promoting behaviors that support their recovery process.
  • Work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to create a multidisciplinary approach to comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in physical therapy practices and sports medicine.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. We take pride in our patient-centered approach, aiming to empower our clients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life through tailored treatment strategies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).
  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Evidence of a clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
  • Solid understanding of manual therapy techniques and the ability to execute custom exercise protocols effectively.
  • Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software or similar electronic medical record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in working with diverse patient populations, including athletes and individuals requiring rehabilitation post-surgery.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving positive patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
