Key Responsibilities

  • Develop educational materials and provide instruction to patients and their families on effective at-home exercise routines and self-care strategies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare staff to ensure a seamless continuum of care that meets the complexities of various orthopedic conditions.
  • Document patient progress meticulously to maintain accurate health records and compliance with clinical guidelines, ensuring that each treatment is tailored effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Active state licensure in New Jersey to practice as a Physical Therapist.
