Work EnvironmentAs a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work in a dynamic onsite setting where your expertise will significantly impact patient recovery and rehabilitation. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources, ensuring you have the tools necessary to deliver high-quality care. Your weekly schedule will consist of 40 hours with potential variable weekend shifts, providing flexibility within a structured framework.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour role will encompass working with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, strokes, and other debilitating conditions. By assessing each patient's unique needs and capabilities, you will develop and implement individualized therapies aimed at restoring independence and improving quality of life. Collaboration with patients and their families will be pivotal in creating a supportive environment conducive to healing.
QualificationsPreference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems. Additionally, experience in clinical instruction or mentorship is valuable as the Physical Therapist role also includes supervising students and support staff.
Compensation and BenefitsThe annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
