Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients referred by physicians to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices to maximize recovery outcomes.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to restore function and alleviate pain.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to align with ongoing assessments.
  • Provide patient and caregiver education to facilitate understanding of techniques, treatment goals, and home exercise recommendations.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care and improved patient outcomes.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, contributing positively to the clinic's reputation and patient satisfaction.
  • Achieve utilization goals and support overall business objectives through active participation in clinic initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
