Our collaborative team currently consists of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, each devoted to enhancing our patients' movement and overall quality of life. We primarily cater to patients with private medical insurance, ensuring they receive personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Greenwich, CT, where you will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and set personalized treatment goals aligned with patients' unique needs and rehabilitation objectives.
  • Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring attentive and focused care.
  • Utilize hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises specifically designed to promote recovery following orthopedic injuries.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training.
  • Educate patients on safe movement strategies and alternative methods to minimize reliance on medications.
  • Monitor and evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to care plans based on patient progress.
  • Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient interactions and the services provided utilizing EMR software, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients primarily seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic conditions. This includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with consideration of candidates nearing completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut with a clean disciplinary record.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
  • Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.
  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing for effective patient education and engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in sports rehabilitation or specialized training in manual therapy.
  • Certifications in additional therapeutic modalities.
  • Background in developing and implementing fitness and wellness programs for diverse client groups.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
