Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, interpreting medical histories and utilizing assessment tools to devise tailored treatment plans.

Qualifications- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is essential for this position.

- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interactions and documentation.
- Proficiency with word processing and electronic health record systems.
