Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Stockton, California. Our facility is equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technologies aimed at enhancing patient recovery. You will work a consistent schedule of Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to plan your personal and professional commitments effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and recognize individual patient goals and requirements to tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Carefully manage a caseload of approximately one patient per hour, ensuring each session is personalized and focused on their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize your expertise in physical therapy to administer cost-effective rehabilitation therapies aimed at enhancing range of motion and overall mobility.
• Aim to reduce patients' reliance on medications by proposing efficient non-surgical alternatives and implementing therapeutic interventions.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans that integrate diverse therapeutic techniques, custom-fit to the patient's condition and goals.
• Design personalized fitness and wellness programs that encourage patients to engage in their rehabilitation actively.
• Deliver high-quality care based on the best available evidence and proven treatment interventions.
• Motivate and support patients throughout their treatment, encouraging a proactive approach to achieving functional independence.
• Promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle by enhancing individual strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Regularly collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to provide cohesive and holistic care for patients.
• Monitor treatment outcomes, document progresses accurately, and maintain transparent communication with patients regarding their status and next steps.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Physical Therapy Dynamics, our patients primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and general mobility issues. As a Physical Therapist, you will engage with a diverse range of patient demographics, from athletes looking to return to their sport to elderly clients working to maintain their independence. Your role will directly impact their lives, facilitating improvements in mobility, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate (MPT or DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California, demonstrating a professional commitment to your practice.
• No record of board or disciplinary action against your license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and designing comprehensive exercise programs.
• Experience with EMR Software such as WebPT for efficient patient documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering individualized patient care that drives successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 95,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
