Key Responsibilities

• Manage a patient caseload with efficiency, averaging one patient per hour to ensure comprehensive, individualized attention.
• Implement cost-effective therapy interventions that emphasize improving patient mobility and functionality.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and other rehabilitation modalities to reduce pain and enhance the range of motion.
• Educate patients on alternatives to medication and surgical procedures, focusing on non-invasive options.
• Create and adapt care strategies that incorporate various therapeutic techniques, ensuring each plan is evidence-based and patient-focused.
• Design customized fitness and wellness regimes that address individual patient requirements and promote holistic health.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients to motivate them and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate regularly with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a comprehensive approach to each patient's rehabilitation progress.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly to maintain clear records and effective communication within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 per year, which reflects the experience and dedication of our physical therapists.
