Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care, ensuring the delivery of holistic and effective treatment plans.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families about therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, safety, and injury prevention.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes according to established regulatory standards.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient's responses and progress, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey (New Jersey State License required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
