Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in executing specific therapy activities and ensuring adherence to care protocols.

• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on observed outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding home exercise programs, mobility aids, and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to assess and plan comprehensive care approaches.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes as per regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This attractive role offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
