Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy assessments and treatments for patients with orthopedic conditions, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Supervise and mentor physical therapist assistants and technicians in therapeutic processes to ensure excellence in patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate specific goals and strategies aimed at enhancing patient functionality and health outcomes.
• Utilize a variety of orthopedic physical therapy modalities and manual techniques, including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Regularly document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on evaluations, goals achieved, and patient feedback.
• Participate in case discussions and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Promote a culture of safety and effectiveness, consistently prioritizing patient care that aligns with Tria Orthopedics' mission and values.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves treating a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and older adults. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to help manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and Sports Medicine injuries. For those involved in specialized pediatric roles, a focus on age-appropriate treatment methodologies will be essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required, with a strong preference for candidates who possess a Master's degree.
• Active state licensure or certification in physical therapy is mandatory to practice.
• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in orthopedic physical therapy is required, showcasing a proven track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Certification in CPR is preferred unless alternative stipulations are outlined by the organization's policies.
• Demonstrated competency in orthopedic evaluation, assessment, care planning, and treatment is essential to support our patients effectively.
