Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility provides a supportive and engaging environment where you can thrive both professionally and personally. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify individual needs, goals, and limitations.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans employing a variety of modalities and evidence-based interventions to enhance mobility and function.
• Provide ongoing education to patients about their conditions and self-management strategies, encouraging them to actively participate in their rehabilitation process.
• Utilize cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy, to maximize patient outcomes.
• Document and monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal results.
• Foster a motivational atmosphere during therapy sessions, empowering patients and instilling confidence in their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nutritionists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals recovering from musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries requiring specialized orthopedic rehabilitation. Patients may include athletes seeking to return to sports, elderly clients focused on improving their mobility, and those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.
• Current and active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• At least two years of direct experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is essential, with documented success in treating musculoskeletal conditions.

Compensation and Benefits
