Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' specific goals and requirements, crafting individualized treatment plans that will guide their recovery.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, dedicating one hour per individual, ensuring personalized attention and quality care during each session.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment strategies aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall functionality.
  • Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, alternative therapies, and lifestyle changes that promote long-term health.
  • Create and oversee tailored fitness and wellness programs that facilitate patient engagement and encourage adherence to rehabilitation protocols.
  • Record and monitor treatment outcomes rigorously to ensure ongoing progression and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on evaluations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatment provided, and progress made, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, which include post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain management. You will engage with diverse populations, from young athletes to seniors seeking to regain mobility and function after injury or surgery. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your expertise will be essential in guiding them back to their daily activities and improving their overall health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; however, a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid state license as a Physical Therapist without any history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
  • Strong manual therapy skills are needed, complemented by experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols, ensuring they align with each patient's rehabilitation goals.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is desirable to maintain accurate patient records.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in an orthopedic setting is strongly preferred, demonstrating success in managing similar patient populations.
  • Proven ability to motivate patients and create a positive therapeutic environment is essential for facilitating optimal rehabilitation.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
