Work Environment

Located in a vibrant community, our rehabilitation center provides an engaged and dynamic atmosphere equipped with the latest advancements in therapy technology. As a physical therapist with us, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, focusing on holistic patient care. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs, you will be immersed in a culture that values collaboration, respect, and continuing education.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient needs, concentrating on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at alleviating pain and promoting physical well-being.
• Educate patients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and home exercise programs to support their recovery process.
• Apply therapeutic modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress, meticulously tracking improvements in range of motion, strength, and functional abilities.
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure that all equipment and supplies are organized and accessible for therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes, sharing insights and strategies that benefit overall treatment plans.
• Provide emotional and motivational support to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to foster a positive healing environment.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality while respecting their rights and dignity.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
