Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities to support patient recovery and promote functional independence.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and standards of documentation.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment goals, exercises, and strategies for managing their conditions both during and after therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, referral providers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
  • Supervise and guide support staff, including physical therapy assistants and aides, to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Participate in community outreach programs and in-service training to contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to program development within the rehabilitation center to enhance patient experience and care services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current State License in Physical Therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Physical Therapist position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
