Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or other medical conditions specifically focused on orthopedic needs.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that utilize a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions based on ongoing patient evaluations and feedback, ensuring that each session aligns with their therapeutic goals.
• Document patient progress thoroughly using our electronic health record system, including treatment responses and functional improvements.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions and modify treatment strategies to address changing needs or obstacles in recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about effective self-care practices and the appropriate use of assistive devices, ensuring they understand their rehabilitation protocols.
• Maintain professional growth through continuing education, engagement in professional societies, and attending workshops, to stay current with industry standards and treatment approaches.

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals with orthopedic concerns such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of practical experience working in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR certification to ensure safety measures are upheld within the clinic.

Preferred Experience
