Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring that you can dedicate the necessary time to each individual for effective care.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation to assess patients and implement targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and administer cost-effective treatments aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Encourage patients to embrace non-surgical alternatives and minimize reliance on medication for pain management.
• Craft comprehensive care strategies that incorporate a range of evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Design fitness and wellness programs that align with the unique health profiles of each patient.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery, providing encouragement and support during their treatment journey.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure continuous progress.
• Document patient progress and care strategies accurately using EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for maintaining precise patient records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on an outpatient population suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain issues, and mobility impairments. You will engage with diverse patients from different age groups and backgrounds, tailoring your approach to fit their unique situations and rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• A valid Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating a wide range of treatment modalities.
• Strong background in designing and implementing exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using EMR software effectively, with a focus on accurate and organized documentation.
• A deep understanding of current research-backed physical therapy techniques that enhance treatment efficacy.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Aligncare Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
