Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions and functional abilities to establish an individualized treatment plan.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop detailed care plans that encompass manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities.
• Implement treatments independently while exercising professional judgment to adjust interventions based on patient progress.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with patients about their objectives, progress, home exercise programs, and any modifications necessary for their care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care effectively and ensure continuity in therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient responses to treatment and participate in outcome tracking to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy delivered.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapist will work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

Laurier Therapeutic Solutions offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
