Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patient history, performing specific assessments, and interpreting results to create effective treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, ensuring their involvement in setting realistic, attainable goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation results and adapt strategies as required by the evolving status of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, documenting any changes in patients' conditions that necessitate a modification of the care plan.
• Lead the discharge planning process, ensuring continuity of care and providing follow-up recommendations as necessary after therapy concludes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation regarding patient progress, including initial evaluations, daily encounter notes, interim updates, and discharge summaries.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills by maintaining a structured schedule, prioritizing tasks according to patient needs, and adhering to productivity expectations.
• Engage in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the services offered by Archway Physical Therapy Clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
