Working in our outpatient office setting, the Orthopedic Physical Therapist will enjoy a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' individual goals and requirements, through a combination of patient history, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation.
  • Utilize advanced techniques to enhance patients' range of motion, strength, and functional mobility while focusing on reducing the need for pharmacological interventions and surgical options.
  • Maintain continuous communication with patients regarding their treatment progress, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their recovery process.
  • Document treatment sessions and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to promote comprehensive patient care.
  • Mentor and support junior staff in clinical practices and techniques while fostering a culture of learning and development.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings, demonstrating effective treatment outcomes.
  • Strong manual therapy proficiency and experience in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols for diverse patient needs.
  • A solid understanding of evidence-based practices supported by a flawless professional record, free from board or disciplinary actions.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
