Position Overview

Resilience Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in our outpatient facility located in Marlboro, New Jersey. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals through evidence-based practices. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care while enhancing their mobility and overall quality of life. The position operates onsite from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, taking into account their medical history, current symptoms, and functional limitations to create customized therapy plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment programs using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and modalities for pain relief.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with the findings of ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to deliver a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation and ensure seamless care.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques essential for recovery and long-term health maintenance.
• Stay informed about the latest advancements in physical therapy practices, orthopedic research, and treatment techniques to provide patients with the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Resilience Physical Therapy, you will primarily focus on patients with musculoskeletal conditions such as post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, sports injuries, and degenerative diseases. The diversity of our patient population provides you with a wide range of experiences, allowing you to apply your knowledge to a variety of treatment scenarios and contribute to the holistic recovery of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Possession of a current and active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, meeting all regulatory standards.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, specifically with a focus on orthopedic cases, demonstrating your capability to handle complex cases effectively.
• Proven knowledge of orthopedic assessment techniques and treatment modalities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and document treatments efficiently.
• Certification in specialized therapy techniques, such as dry needling, manual therapy, or sports rehabilitation, will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 110,000 to 130,000, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
