Work Environment

As a full-time physical therapist at Elite Rehab, you will work onsite in a modern, well-equipped outpatient office. Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet, designed to accommodate various rehabilitation services tailored specifically for athletes and active individuals. You will collaborate with a dedicated team comprising two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify patients' needs, goals, and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing various therapeutic modalities aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain.
• Assist 2-3 patients per hour, ensuring each receives personalized attention and appropriate interventions.
• Employ manual therapy techniques and utilize EMR software, such as WebPT, for documentation and patient tracking.
• Incorporate non-surgical options into treatment plans to minimize reliance on medications where possible.
• Offer education and guidance on fitness and wellness regimens to support each patient's unique recovery journey.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
• Regularly analyze treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize progress.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient care services rendered and progress made.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients seeking rehabilitation for sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and general mobility issues. You will engage with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from active athletes to individuals recuperating from surgery, helping each regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist, with no record of board actions or disciplinary measures against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in outpatient orthopedic care, with specific exposure to sports medicine preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Elite Rehab offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
