Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of residents to accurately assess their physical capabilities and specific treatment needs.
• Develop and implement evidenced-based personalized treatment plans geared towards enhancing residents' strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adapting therapy techniques as necessary to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Educate residents and their families about effective home exercise programs and strategies to promote sustained physical health.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations and uphold professional standards in all practices.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload will primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or age-related physical impairments. We emphasize evidence-based practice tailored to the needs of our clients to restore function and improve overall well-being. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida is a must.
