Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, medical history, and treatment goals to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Deliver hands-on physical therapy to patients across various demographics, focusing on orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical populations.
  • Continuously assess patient progress through ongoing evaluations and modify care plans to optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in collaborative discussions with referring physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and seamless transitions.
  • Educate patients and their families on best practices for injury prevention, exercise regimens, and home care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation following clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of patients—from athletes recovering from injuries to older adults seeking to maintain their mobility. Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Missouri.
  • A bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution; post-graduate degrees (DPT or MSPT) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient engagement and education.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing a flexible caseload.
  • Requirements include a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance to facilitate home visits if necessary.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems such as Kinnser or Homecare Homebase is beneficial.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred; experience with home health services is a plus.
  • Experience in managing caseloads with a diverse array of treatment plans is advantageous.
  • Previous involvement in mentorship programs or leadership roles within clinical settings is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive salary range of $110,000 - $120,000 per year, dependent on experience, along with annual performance reviews.
