Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their recovery goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Implement and adjust treatment protocols during therapy sessions, ensuring therapies are responsive to patient progress and feedback.
  • Document patient assessments, treatment interventions, and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, maintaining accurate records to support ongoing care.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to foster comprehensive patient management.
  • Engage in patient education and counseling to empower individuals in their own recovery journeys.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will primarily focus on outpatient clients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain syndromes, and neuromuscular conditions. You will work with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young athletes to older adults, each requiring personalized care strategies. By developing deep clinical relationships, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life and functional independence.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients and team members.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a strong salary, we offer comprehensive benefits that include:
