Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities and physical health to develop personalized treatment plans that may include exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Implement evidence-based interventions with the aim of improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing the overall functional performance of patients.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and adapt treatment approaches for patients, ensuring all healthcare providers are aligned in facilitating optimal recovery pathways.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families, including therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and strategies for injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Regularly review and assess treatment efficacy, adjusting programs as needed based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic conditions. Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, holding a bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members.
